SKOPJE (North Macedonia) - It's time to decide who gets your vote as MVP at the FIBA U16 Women's European Championship as the competition nears its conclusion.

Here are some of the leading candidates, with official stats here:

Eleni Bosgana (GRE) - The tournament’s leading scorer with over 100 points already amassed, Bosgana produced a couple of huge performances including a 27-5-7 stat-line on Tuesday to ensure Greece will remain in Division A again next summer.

Urte Cizauskaite (LTU) - Cizauskaite opened the tournament with a big double-double and produced the goods again with 17 points and 17 boards in Lithuania’s win over Czech Republic in the Quarter Finals. Just one of three players to average double figures in rebounds in the tournament.

Maia Hirsch (FRA) - Still growing into the tournament, Hirsch had her best display in the Round of 16 victory over Finland after putting up 15 points along with 6 rebounds in 21 minutes. The leading performer on the team and France will be hopeful of even more in pursuit of the title.

Juste Jocyte (LTU) - Incredibly just 13 years of age and already looks so assured on the big stage. Jocyte has been a key component of Lithuania’s star trio with 16.6 average efficiency rating leading the way for her side as well as three 20+ point games as the tournament’s third leading scorer.

Anastasiia Kosu (RUS) - Dominant is an easy way to describe Kosu’s tournament so far. Helping Russia go through unbeaten, the 14-year-old rising star is averaging 16.2 points and a tournament best 15.2 rebounds per game with four big double-doubles in five victories as well as 2.8 blocks.

Marta Morales (ESP) - Morales is the only player on the Spain roster averaging double digits in points at 11.4 per game which only emphasizes their strength in depth. The guard has also proved a threat from outside with 46.2% shooting from 3-point range for the second best mark.

Elena Rodriguez (ESP) - The shooting guard has done a bit of everything for her side throughout the tournament and leads Spain in efficiency. Rodriguez averages 7.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals and has proved a vital asset in their unbeaten run to the last four.

Audrone Zdaneviciute (LTU) - Only behind Bosgana in scoring, Zdaneviciute showcased her scoring prowess with a 26-point haul in the last eight triumph, bettering her previous best of 24 in the Group Phase.

Someone else - None of the above? Let us know using #FIBAU16Europe with the likes of Lara Habling, Julia Franquin and Henna Sandvik among those also impressing in Skopje.
