The Russian forward averaged 18.0 points and 15.0 rebounds throughout an unbeaten campaign with a stellar 27 points and 14 rebounds in the Final triumph.
Kosu was joined in the All-Star Five by Lithuanian duo Juste Jocyte and Audrone Zdaneviciute as they missed out on the title after making history.
Jocyte fired in 33 points in Lithuania's first-ever Final at the event with the 13-year-old standing out with a number of strong displays, while Zdaneviciute averaged 16.7 points as the fourth leading scorer in the competition.
Spain's Marta Morales also made the lineup with 10.0 points per game along with 40% shooting from 3-point range with Sara Roumy of France earning her spot after putting up 11.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists per outing.
