Schio put faith in Procaccini

SCHIO (EuroLeague Women) - Beretta Famila Schio enter the last week of the EuroLeague Women Regular Season with a new play-caller at the helm in the shape of Mauro Procaccini.

His immediate task will be to try and get the win the Italian club needs against ZVVZ Prague to potentially book their spot for the Quartet-Finals of the competition.

Procaccini started the season with Shanxi Rui Flame in China and has previously coached a number of clubs in his homeland including six years with Parma. He was also assistant coach of the Nigeria national team last year.

Even if he does not get off to a winning start, Schio will still enter the last eight of EuroCup Women.

Procaccini replaces Spaniard Miguel Mendez who has spent the last four seasons with Schio.
