LYON (France) - She's already one of the most talked about players in world hoops and now the exciting Juste Jocyte has made history by becoming the youngest EuroLeague Women player of the modern era.

She achieved the feat by coming onto the floor for LDLC Asvel Feminin in their 84-59 victory against Dynamo Kursk at the tender age of 14 years and 29 days.

Jocyte recently grabbed the headlines for her appearance in a Lithuania national team vest in the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2021 Qualifiers and has now put herself even more firmly on the radar.

She overtakes previous record holder Diana Kmezic who made her EuroLeague Women debut way back in 2005 and was the only player to have hit the hardwood before her 15th birthday.

Other notable players who appeared at a very young age include current Hungary national team captain Krisztina Raksanyi who is now pushed into tied third place with Maria Dompri, who interestingly made her debut at the exact same age with Panathinaikos.
