MUNICH (Germany) - The Quarter-Final dreams of no fewer than five clubs in Group B are still alive after LDLC Asvel Feminin, Dynamo Kursk and Spar Citylift Girona all took wins on Thursday night.
As was the case with BLMA just 24 hours earlier, Famila Schio missed their chance to secure safe passage after they were taken out 65-53 by Girona, although agonizingly and due to results elsewhere, the Spanish side will not be able to make it to the next phase.

Magali Mendy top scored with 16 points, but the main talking point from the game was Sonja Vasic reaching the considerable landmark of 2,000 EuroLeague Women points.
LDLC Asvel Femenin boosted their hopes of making the last eight of the competition by easing their way to a comfortable 92-82 win at Arka Gdynia to improve to 7-6.
Julie Allemand and Michelle Plouffe both hit top gear, with the former harvesting 13 points on a perfect shooting night, as well as 9 assists and 7 rebounds. Plouffe weighed in with a game-high 25 points, also adding 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
Dynamo Kursk looked to be out of the picture a couple of weeks ago, but a 74-61 road win at Sopron Basket, who are also still in contention, has helped the Russian club into a good position to take a Quarter-Finals berth. Epiphanny Prince starred with 23 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals, with Dewanna Bonner also impressing by accruing 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
