Schio sigh of relief as they land silverware
It was far from straightforward after they went from leading Passalacqua Ragusa 2-0 to having to deal with the pressure of their opponents levelling the Finals series, but Schio were eventually triumphant as they won the decider 62-54.
A powerful defensive effort was key, with Isabelle Yacoubou helping Pierre Vincent win his first Championship at the helm by adding 15 points and 7 rebounds. Jolene Anderson was also influential with 11 points, 8 boards and 5 assists, as Schio took their ninth title.
Olympiacos get it done in Greece
Olympiacos are basking in the glory of another Greek title after cruising to victory in their Championship series against Faros Keratsiniou.
They lifted the trophy after an 86-59 triumph that was built on 27 points, 8 boards and 5 assists from Yvonne Anderson. Veteran guard Evanthia Maltsi also weighed in with the perfect cameo by netting 23 points.

There is to be a repeat of the 2017 Turkish Finals after defending champions Yakin Dogu Universitesi dispatched of Cukurova in the Semi-Finals with a 66-76 road victory on Friday night.
