It was one way-traffic in the Final of the Russian Cup as Dynamo Kursk hammered MBA Moscow 85-55 to set a record in the title game of the competition. Experienced forward Tatiana Vidmer was a standout with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Head coach Lucas Mondelo won the Cup again and that follows on from EuroLeague Women and SuperCup Women.
Meanwhile it was a happy day all round in Kursk, with their second team, Inventa, taking the last podium step by beating Nadezhda 75-56. In the Russian Cup, teams are only allowed to field Russia players.
Galatasaray falter again, Gruda shines on debut
The Turkish League standings underline the concerns of Galatasaray fans who witnessed their team fall to 5-4 over the weekend. That meant they fall below not only Yakin Dogu Universitesi and Fenerbahce, but also Besiktas after they went down in a surprise 86-78 homecourt failure against Samsun.

Yakin Dogu Universitesi strolled past Bornova Beckerspor 93-37 as Sandrine Gruda contributed 21 points and 11 boards on her debut. Her former team Fenerbahce beat Cukurova 78-73 as Aerial Powers came alive with 20 points.
Hatay had Leilani Mitchell to thank for their 81-69 win at Mersin as the Opals' guard registered 18 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds. Another Australian in Marianna Tolo was too hot to handle for Adana Aski as she fired in 21 points for Agu Spor in a 72-56 road win, while Bernice Moseby erupted for 23 points and 13 rebounds as Besiktas saw off Istanbul Universitesi 92-62.
ESBVA and Carolo Basket take wins in France
ESBVA have a share of top spot in the French League as they prevailed 62-60 against BLMA in the LFB, with Johanne Gomis still on-song, scoring 19 points. They are now an impressive 8-1.

Hhadydia Minte had 20 points and 9 rebounds for Carolo Basket as they shone in the French Cup by defeating Saint-Amand 85-77.
Regular season race heating up in Poland
Having not lost in 9 games, its now back-to-back losses for Artego Bydgoszcz as they were defeated 58-52 at home to Sleza Wroclaw who benefited from 10 points and 8 assists from the in-form Sharnee Zoll.
CCC Polkowice rode their way to a comfortable 82-64 victory against Basket 90 Gdynia as Croatian guard Antonija Sandric dazzled with 18 points.

Zofia Hruscakova netted 16 points on her Italian League debut for Schio as they won 77-54 at Battipaglia, while Passalacqua Ragusa were humbled 75-53 at Turin.
Dora Medgyessy produced one of the performances of the season for VBW CEKK Cegled as they took down CMB Cargo Uni Gyor 79-70 in Hungary. The playmaker accumulated a fantastic 14 points and 15 assists.
D'andra Moss dropped 18 points for Avenida as they beat IDK Gipuzkoa 77-59 to consolidate top spot in Spain. Spar Citylift Girona continue to chase with no fewer than six players producing a double-digit scoring return as they beat Sant Adria 85-61.
