MIES (Switzerland) - History is about to be made as the top eight nations that emerged from FIBA's official NBA 2K24 tournament compete in the eFIBA Finals on November 25 and 26 at DreamHack Winter in Jonkoping, Sweden.

New Zealand, Philippines, Lebanon, Morocco, Turkiye, France, Brazil and USA will try to become the first-ever eFIBA World Champion, and in the process pocket the largest portion of the €50,000 prize pool.

All games in the World Finals will be played in a best-of-three format.

Teams will be in one of two groups and face the other teams in their group. The top two teams from each group progress to the Semi-Finals and then the Final.

Classification games will also be played. Tip-off times will be available on the eFIBA Season 2 website

The live broadcast will be available on the eFIBA TwitchYouTube and TikTok channels, FIBA's Twitch and YouTube channels as well as national co-streamers from around the world. Anyone looking to experience the action live can purchase a DreamHack Winter festival ticket, which also grant access to the eFIBA stage.

The eFIBA Finals are the culmination of an action-packed second season that had 61 countries taking part - more than double the number of nations in the inaugural campaign.

National Federations across seven regional areas (Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, North America, Oceania, and South America) battled in the Pro-Am game mode from October 3 to November 2 to secure spots in the eFinals. The winning nation from each Regional Final and the top two from Europe advanced to this week's championship.
