    • Turning Point: Puerto Rico imposed its game rhythm and pace from the get-go, after creating a 32 – 15 first quarter.

    • Stats don’t lie: The Boricuas accumulated an impressive 37 assists.

    • Game Hero: Alex Galindo was the top scorer for the Puerto Ricans with 21 points. Galindo shot for a 56% from long range and accumulated 15 points from three-point land.

    • The Bottom Line: Puerto Rico added another victory to their Centrobasket record, but Eddie Casiano’s team will have to wait for the result of the match-up between Cuba and Panama, to know their future.
