Fan Vote: Pick your 12 Boomers for the World Cup

MIES (Switzerland) - Who do you think will be the 12 players that will be wearing the green and gold jerseys in Okinawa, Japan where Australia will be playing their Group Phase games?

MIES (Switzerland) - The Boomers recently announced an extended roster in preparation for the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 which will be played in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia from 25 August to 10 September.

Loaded with 10 NBA players, multiple names from the recent Olympics Bronze medal team, Asia Cup 2022 champions, and those who played through the World Cup Asian Qualifiers, there is no shortage of talent among the players that coach Brian Goorjian will have to choose from.

It won't be easy for him to make the picks and he is still leaving the door open for players who aren't on the extended roster like Ben Simmons, who he says still has a "strong chance" to make a return to the Boomers lineup.

Goorjian will have some time to consider before making that final cut, but we're giving you the opportunity to sound your opinion.

Who do you think will be the 12 players that will be wearing the green and gold jerseys in Okinawa, Japan where Australia will be playing their Group Phase games?

Final rosters will be confirmed following the technical meetings, which are set to take place before the start of the competition. This Fan Vote is created solely to enhance the experience of the fans to show their support for their favorite players.
