Both Nigeria and Tunisia will be home to the fourth window of the African Qualifiers from September 14-16.
Group E, which comprises of Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia will take place at Salle Multidisciplinaire de Rades, on the outskirts of the Tunisian capital city of Tunis.
And, the Indoor Sports Hall of the National Stadium in Nigeria's largest city of Lagos will be the backdrop for Group F, which includes the host country, the Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, Mali, Senegal, and Rwanda.
Nigeria and Tunisia lead their respective groups with six wins in as many games each.
Nigerian fans showed up at Indoor Sports Hall in Lagos in considerable numbers to watch their national team play
After hosting a major FIBA basketball tournament for the very first time last month, the Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) welcomed FIBA Africa's decision.
NBBF leader Musa Kida said: "We are so excited that we have been considered by FIBA to host Group F after we made an impression last time out. This is another opportunity for everybody to play their part in this memorable journey to China.”
The host countries of the second-leg of Groups E and F - to be played in the fifth window of the African Qualifiers from November 30 to December 2 - are yet to be determined.
And, at the end of the two tournaments, the two highest placed from the group and the best third-placed team of group E and F will qualify for the 32-team FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China.
