In the other Group A contest in Rades, Tunis, Mali dispatched Cote d'Ivoire 92-63, but that wasn't good enough to guarantee either team a place in the Last Eight of the 16-team competition.
In Group C, co-hosts Tunisia defeat Guinea 64-59 to advance to the Quarter-Finals undefeated in three games. The North Africans finished as winners of the group, and they will be joined by Cameroon, who needed to step up to see off a resilient Rwanda team 81-77.
Meanwhile, Group D favorites Senegal outplayed short-handed Mozambique 80-49 to stay perfect in three games.
Inspired by a loud crowd, Senegal demolished Mozambique from start to finish.
Nevertheless, Egypt are moving on to the Quarter-Finals thanks to a 70-51 triumph over South Africa, as a result of a 2-1 mark.
Although Morocco were already qualified for the Last Eight, they have never slowed down hurting Uganda's hopes of winning a game in this year's FIBA Africa most important competition.
Morocco finished undefeated in Group B thanks to a 79-70 win over Uganda.
Meanwhile, in the highly anticipated game of Group B, Angola and the Central African Republic stepped on the floor knowing that a defeat would end their FIBA AfroBasket aspirations.
