YAOUNDE (Cameroon) - The final 12-player rosters for the West Division Elite 16 were validated by FIBA Africa on Monday in Yaounde as seven teams prepare to do battle for three of the six tickets still available for the Basketball Africa League (BAL) season 4.
The qualifier tournament will run between 31 October until 5 November in the Cameroonian capital city of Yaounde.

Group A: FAP, AL AHLY BENGHAZI, BC VIRUNGA
Group B: BANGUI SPORTING CLUB, ABC FIGHTERS, SLAC, FUS RABAT
Group A consists of three teams following the withdrawal of Stade Malien.
The first game of the tournament will see Cote d'Ivoire champions ABC Fighters taking on Morocco's FUS Rabat. Two more games will follow later with Bangui Sporting Club facing SLAC before home team FAP goes up against DR Congo's champions BC Virunga.

COMPETITION SYSTEM - The teams that finish in the first two places of Groups A and B, qualify directly to the Semi-Finals, where the winners qualify for the fourth edition of the BAL.
The last ticket for the coveted BAL will be handed to the winner of the Third-Place Game on Sunday, 5 November.
