JOHANNESBURG (South Africa) - The final 12-player rosters for the East Division Elite 16 were validated by FIBA Africa on Monday in Johannesburg as eight teams prepare to do battle for the last three tickets still available for the Basketball Africa League (BAL) season 4.
The qualifier tournament will run between Tuesday, 21 November until Sunday, 26 November at Ellis Park Arena in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Group A: CAPE TOWN TIGERS, PAZI, NBA ACADEMY AFRICA, DYNAMO
Group B: FERROVIARIO DA BEIRA, CITY OILERS, COSPN, JBC
The first game of the tournament will see Mozambique champions Ferroviario da Beira taking on Zimbabwe's JBC. Three more games will follow later with NBA Academy Africa facing Tanzania's Pazi Basketball Club at 11:00 local time. Three hours later, Uganda's City Oilers face Madagascar reigning champions COSP before Cape Town Tigers goes up against Burundi's Dynamo.

COMPETITION SYSTEM - The teams that finish in the first two places of Groups A and B, qualify directly to the Semi-Finals, where the winners qualify for the fourth edition of the BAL.
The last ticket for the coveted BAL will be handed to the winner of the Third-Place Game on Sunday, 26 November.
