TUNIS (FIBA U16 African Championship 2017) - With just one week left until the start of the FIBA U16 African Championship 2017, Tunisia's head coach Walid Zrida is yet to decide on the final roster.
The North Africans, who finished in the seventh-place two years ago in Mali, are currently working with a 20-player group, which includes one 14 and a 15-year-old.

The 12-team African Championship will take place in Mauritius from July 13-22, and it serves as a qualifier for the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018 in Argentina.
And the finalists in the Mauritius showdown will represent the African continent in the 16-team world stage event.
So far teams qualified for Mauritius include the host nation, Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, Mozambique,Rwanda and Tunisia.
